To improve efficiency, each WAX Guild has a specific time in which it can produce the block. After the scheduled time, the block is skipped. To prevent block skipping, the blockchain doesn't reward WAX Guilds that only produce 50% or less of their scheduled blocks.

To increase community participation in the selection of WAX Guilds, the WAX blockchain uses a
