Argentina-based Num Finance has launched a stablecoin pegged to the Colombian peso, called nCOP, on the Polygon network. Targeting the remittance market, the overcollateralized stablecoin aims to capitalize on the $6.5 billion a year in remittances that Colombia receives. This is the third stablecoin by Num Finance, following those pegged to the Argentinian peso and Peruvian sol.
