He clarified that Bybit prefers not to label its technology strictly as AI, focusing instead on how AI enhances user experience. He explained that automation plays a critical role at Bybit, especially in delivering quick, essential information to users. For instance, when a new token is listed, users seek immediate details about its legitimacy, who else is investing and its general perception on social platforms like X.
